Appointment Changes 


Where possible we request that you provide 3-5 business days for appointment changes so that we can offer you a timely alternative and also so that we can offer your cancellation spot to another person.

We understand that sometimes you cannot give us advance notice but please be aware we charge a fee for cancellations that are less than one business day from the appointment.

Appointments that are rescheduled, cancelled or not attended will be charged the full fee if not given 24 business hours notice (1 business day, this does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.)

Cancellation fees are not covered by Medicare, private health funds or most third party payers. You will be charged unless you have contacted the office within the required timeframe, via phone, or by completing this form.


Clients are to manage their appointments. We send appointment reminders via SMS three days prior to your appointment. This is a courtesy message, do not reply to the SMS as it is not monitored.


Changing to Telehealth/Video appointment: At the time of your scheduled appointment, please enter our video waiting room from the link at the top of this websites home page. 


Changing to Phone appointment: At the time of your scheduled appointment, your psychologist will phone you on the mobile phone number that we have on record.
