Cancellations and Rescheduling of Appointments

Note: Please provide 3-5 business days notice for all appointment changes.

Appointments that are rescheduled, cancelled or not attended will be charged the full fee if not given 24 business hours notice (1 business day, this does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.)

Cancellation fees are not covered by Medicare, private health funds or most third party payers. You will be charged unless you have contacted the office within the required timeframe, via phone, email, or by completing this form.


Clients are to manage their appointments. We send appointment reminders via SMS three days prior to your appointment. This is a courtesy message, do not reply to the SMS as it is not monitored.
