​Where do I work?............ I work in Kew

 

How long have I worked in Mental Health?............ 15 Years

 

Mental Health Experience............ I have worked in public, community, and private mental health. I have ongoing involvement in parenting research conducted through The University of Melbourne.

 

Who do I treat?............ Children, adolescents, adults and families.

 

Areas of expertise............ Anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief and coping with adjustment to changes in life events. Parenting, adjustment to the perinatal period, as well as childhood emotional and behavioural difficulties,

 

My therapy style............ My therapeutic style is gentle and respectful, honouring the strengths and challenges that each person brings. I provide a safe therapeutic space in which we can talk honestly about the struggles that bring you to therapy. I aim to understand the unique felt experience of patients, and work collaboratively to reach better wellbeing and satisfaction in life.
