MEET THE ADMIN TEAM
We are very proud to introduce our wonderful Admin Team. They are the mesh that ensure the everyday smooth running of the practice and ensure that the experience for clients who attend the practice is a positive one.
Each of our Admin team is on their own individual career journey. Whether, like Hannah, Elekra, and Isabella, who; are on their journeys towards becoming psychologists; or like Adele, who has chosen to follow a career in health administration. It is our aim as a business to support each individual on their journey and provide a longterm career that is fulfilling, enjoyable and secure.
Adele Dostal - Assistant Office Manager
Adele completed a Bachelor of Psychological Studies at Victoria University, and a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology and a Master of Professional Psychology at Monash University. She has worked with our team for almost three years and is a highly respected and valued member of our team. Adele has experience working as a Sleep Therapist, Intake Consultant, and in various medical administration roles and is now working as an Administrative Assistant at Elementa Psychology. Adele is looking forward to pursuing a career in the field of mental health administration.
Hannah Power
Hannah is currently studying her Bachelor of Science at Monash University, where she majors in Psychology and Developmental Biology. She has worked with our team since August 2023 and is a highly respected and valued member of our team. She has experience working in psychological research, customer service, and in various administrative roles. She currently works on the Intake and Administrative team at Elementa Psychology.
Elektra Rego
Elektra is in her final year of a Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Psychology at the University of Melbourne. She aims to continue her studies of Psychology in the future, with intentions of pursuing work in Clinical Psychology and Art Therapy. She has worked with our team for over two years, and is a highly respected and valued member of our team. Elektra finds purpose within her role as an as an Administrative Assistant and on the Intake Team at Elementa Psychology, and looks forward to pursuing a career in the field of mental health.
Isabella Vendramini
Isabella completed a bachelor of psychological science at Latrobe University in 2023 and is currently completing her bachelor of psychology (honours). She has been a part of the Elementa team for over a year. Isabella has experience working in child protection, as an intake consultant here at Elementa and retail worker, as well as having volunteered with organizations such as St Vincent's and providing support to those kept at the Broadmeadows Detention Centre. Isabella is looking forward to pursuing a career as a clinical psychologist.
