My therapy style............ I work in a collaborative, holistic way and aim for clients to feel heard and understood. Together we set treatment goals with a focus on strengths to build confidence and resilience. Part of this is understanding the underlying reason/function for the issue or behaviour and from that we develop a treatment plan. I utilise evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST), mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
