Who do I treat?............  Adolescents, Adults and Older adults

 

Areas of expertise........... Trauma (including complex trauma), grief and loss, depression, anxiety disorders and adjustment difficulties. 

 

My therapy style............ Open, honest, and collaborative. I work with clients to understand their expectations of therapy and establish realistic goals for their mental health. My key therapeutic techniques include: Schema Therapy,  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
