How long have you worked in mental health?............ 2 years and I have worked in personal helping services for over 20 years.

Who do you treat?............ Children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

​

Areas of expertise?............ Anxiety, depression, and trauma.

​

My therapy style?............  I work to establish a good relationship with each of my clients and to come to a shared and comprehensive understanding of their difficulties and goals. My treatment approach is based on cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
