Our highly qualified Psychologists have developed a unique program of workshops that can help to:

  • Reduce the effect of stressful thoughts and feelings

  • Improve your relationships

  • Stop self-defeating behaviours and replace them with more helpful ones

  • Acknowledge and let go of problematic thought processes

  • Be more available to those around you

PROGRAMS



Our programs are made up of 5 workshops, with between six and ten people, that are run weekly and use evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness and relaxation that have been clinically proven to help a wide range of clinical disorders, including: depression, anxiety, PTSD and OCD.

PROGRAM COSTS AND REBATES



$55 per workshop. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP then you are entitled to a rebate of $31.05 per workshop.



Rebates for workshops do not affect other therapy entitlements.
